GW10 Player Ratings

Group Hug
There's no surprise that City and in particular Sergio Aguero dominate our Player Ratings for GW10. Aguero's ratings is the highest we've seen all season by some distance. He tops the Goal Threat (xG) and creativity ratings (xA).

Some way behind but good nonetheless is David Silva, ranked 2nd overall for the weekend, closely followed by Loic Remy and Wayne Rooney.

Remy's rating should be given greater credit considering the defensive quality of the opposition (Chelsea). After Spurs in GW11 Newcastle have a short spell of very decent games, as you can see from our updated Fixture Analyser. We'll take a closer look at Remy and other Newcastle options next week.

With a few more popular players facing difficult fixtures and drawing blanks we can see that Suarez and Giroud still put in a respectable performances whilst Lukaku, Soldado and Sturridge were more anonymous. Lukaku in particular didn't manage a shot or set up a chance all game. This really underlines the value of Aguero, Suarez and Giroud as "best in class" compared to other forwards that will prove more hit and miss.
